We have four tracks. As I describe them briefly, I want you to ask yourself, which track are you on? Now, if you don’t think any of these tracks are for you, I’m not going to try to convince you to change your definition of success. That’s your definition. Keep it. Track 1 – Success is $50,000 to $75,000 a Year

By Referral Only track one is perfect for you if your definition of success is $50,000 to $75,000 a year, $4,000 to $6,000 a month, and more than likely real estate is a second or third career, and earning $50,000 to $75,000 a year is perfect for you. And more importantly, you want to earn $4,000 to $6,000 a month consistently and predictably. On track one, you don’t want a personal assistant. On track one, you don’t want to overspend on marketing schemes. You don’t want to go out and buy Zillow leads. You simply want enough opportunities every single month to create a steady stream of super high-quality clients who you love pouring your heart into, making their dreams come true.

On track one, you want to work about 25 to 30 hours a week. On track one, you want evenings off for your family and your friends. You’re willing to work a weekend, maybe two each month, but that’s it. Success to you is helping enough people so you are earning $50,000 to $75,000 a year, and if you ever want to do more, you’ll do it, but you’ll do it on your terms. Not shamed into it, not competing with others, but because you want to redefine success for you. If you choose to earn $50,000 to $75,000 a year for the rest of your career, that’s perfect. On track two, you want to limit your fixed expenses that force you to work more than you really want to and helping enough people every year so you earn $100,000 to $250,000 a year is plenty for you. On track three, you’re willing to have a small but very efficient team. On track three, you want to go home at night knowing you have all the technologies and all the tools all finely tuned and making your marketing highly efficient and your client experience world-class. On track three, you love the business and earning $250,000 to $500,000 a year is what you do. Track three is where you feel most comfortable, and you’re willing to do the personal development work that’s necessary, and you’re willing to do the professional development work that’s necessary on track three. Having a $250,000 to $500,000 income and consistently earning $20,000 to $50,000 a month is what track three is all about. It’s the perfect track for you if that’s your definition of success.

Track 4 – High Six Figures

On track four you want a very high six-figure income. Maybe you’re on a track for a seven-figure income. You’re helping a lot of people every month, maybe 100 or 200 people or more every year depending on your market. But more importantly, you want to make this six or seven-figure income every year, and you’re willing to take risks to build the perfect team to support your vision. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to stay on track four. Of course, you want to be surrounded by other people who have the same identical track. You want to work with people who have lead generation systems, client experiences, referral systems in place that are all dialed in with precision. On track four, you want the technologies that can handle the volume of business that you do every single month.
